What is The Read?
A one-page, honest read of your streaming numbers, written the way a manager would say it to you: where you are, whether the problem is the song or the reach, how dependent you are on playlists, and the next three moves. Paste your Spotify artist link and it is yours. No account needed.
What do I need to paste?
Your Spotify artist page link. It looks like open.spotify.com/artist/... or spotify:artist:... You can also paste the 22-character id on its own. Track, album and playlist links will not work, because the read is about you, not one song.
Where do the numbers come from?
From licensed streaming and audience data that covers public artist profiles. We never log into your accounts and we never ask for a password. If your profile is very new, the data may still be loading; leave your email and we will send the read when it is ready.
Is this free?
Yes. The read is free and you do not need an account. If you want a manager to act on it every week, you can claim your page and Musuni sets it up around your artist.
Will my read be public?
No. Result pages are not indexed by search engines. The only people who see your read are the people you share it with.
What can the read not see?
Saves and save rate, ad performance and content performance live behind your own logins, so the read says so on the page instead of guessing. Connect them after you claim your page and the read gets sharper.
