Choose a plan, and change or cancel it

What this gets you

A clear picture of what you pay, what you get, and how to get out. No surprise charges, and no hunting for a cancel button.

When to use it

Before you start a trial, when you hit a limit, when a release is coming and you want more help, or when you want to stop paying. Free stays free for as long as you like.

Do it

1. Open Settings and click Billing & Plan. The Current plan card shows your plan and either "Renews" with a date, the day your trial ends, or the day your plan is set to cancel.
2. Compare the plans in the Plans card, or click Compare every plan and limit for the full table. There are four:
   • Free: Manny (20 messages a day), the scheduler, the release coaches (Spotify Editorial, Ads and College Radio), analytics and Venue Booking.
   • Creator: $59 a month, or $19 at the founding price. 100 messages a day. For the solo artist who posts every week.
   • Pro: $119 a month, or $39 founding. 500 messages a day. For the artist with a release to run.
   • Studio: $299 a month, or $79 founding. 1,500 messages a day (fair use). For managers and labels with a roster. Paying yearly saves 20%.
3. Click Start 14-day free trial on the plan you want. Trials need a card upfront, and you get one trial per person and per card. The first 100 founding members get 30 days instead of 14. A banner at the top counts down the days, and we email you 3 days before the first charge.
4. Founding prices are for the first 500 members. Your founding price is locked for life, even if you cancel and come back later.
5. To move up or down, click Switch plan on another plan. To stop paying, click Switch to Free and confirm with Yes, switch to Free, or click Cancel or change plan on the Current plan card. Your paid plan stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.
6. Want more help with one release? Under More help from your manager, click See the Release Plan: Pro for 8 weeks, a week-by-week plan for your release and a personal review of it, for one payment of $99 ($69 founding price for the first 50 artists). If Pro earns its keep, you can stay on it at the founding price afterwards.
7. Want a manager in your corner? Click Apply for Managed: a monthly strategy call, reviews of your big decisions and a direct line. It is $249 a month ($199 founding, 20 seats), includes Pro, and is apply-only, for artists with about 2,000 or more monthly listeners. You hear back within 2 business days, and your first strategy call happens in week one. If you already pay for a plan, it pauses while you are in Managed, the unused part is refunded, and it resumes at the same price if you leave. You are never billed twice.
8. Out of messages for today? The note in the chat says how many you used and offers a See button for the next plan up. Or invite a friend from Settings > Refer a Friend: when they verify their email you both get 5 more messages a day, up to 25 more.

Let Manny do it

Ask "What plan am I on and how much have I used?" and Manny reads back your plan, your trial end date and your usage this month. "What would Pro give me?" compares it with your current plan in plain numbers. Manny cannot start, change or cancel a plan for you; that happens in Settings, with your card.

What it cannot do

• Refunds follow the Terms. Subscriptions (Creator, Pro, Studio) are not refunded once charged, except where the law requires it or a charge was made in error. Cancel a trial before the first charge and you pay nothing.
• The Release Plan has a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason: reply to your welcome email or write to support@musuni.io.
• Managed: your first month is refundable on request.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
• Prices and founding spots shown here can change. The numbers on the Billing & Plan screen and the pricing page are the current ones.
• A plan never buys placements, streams or followers. It buys more of your manager's time and tools.
